About the Job

Are you a skilled advocate, ready to advance the movement to end gender-based violence? The Vermont Network Against Domestic and Sexual Violence is seeking a Policy Associate to help drive systems change through public policy and advocacy.

Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, project manager, and relationship-builder. Whether you’re researching legislation, facilitating an advocacy training, or meeting with lawmakers – you’re ready to elevate survivors’ voices and advance meaningful policy change.

Minimum of 2-3 years advocacy, policy, and/or campaigns experience.
