WHAT YOU WILL DO: As the Deputy City Manager, you will:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the City Manager and a key member of the City’s leadership team.
  • Champion and support cross-department collaboration, remove barriers to progress, align efforts, and provide clarity in reporting and decision-making.
  • Serve as a bridge between city management, staff, and the community. Build relationships with community stakeholders, businesses, and regional/state agencies to support the City’s Master Plan and related priorities.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, or a related field, ten years’ experience in governance, public management, financial administration, or related fields.

SALARY RANGE: $130,000 – $150,000, annually
