Faye Longo (she/they) is a Business & Leadership Coach, consultant, guide, and student. Faye works with individuals and organizations seeking balance, purpose, accessibility, and inclusion.
Individuals shouldn’t have to operate on the verge of burnout and businesses shouldn’t either. I help people find balance, purpose, and power in their own authenticity. Whether they’re leading a business, a team, a family, or their own lives. I help people move through the bs and find the way to joyful success that is uniquely their own.

Faye carries nearly 20 years of professional experience, a BA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and certifications in resilience, leadership, and financial coaching. Faye is also a queer, disabled, white-presenting, biracial, woman with lived experiences of poverty and trauma. She has firsthand experience navigating many of the same challenges she assists her clients with each and everyday.

Faye also serves and supports organizations and businesses dedicated to accessibility and inclusion, and is available as a keynote speaker.
