La Montañuela is the wine label of Camila Carrillo, grown and made in Vermont. La Montañuela’s practices both in the farming and winemaking is to keep things simple and traditional. To observe and learn from nature, to work with it. As my mentors, Deirdre Heekin and Caleb Barber of La Garagista taught me, winemaking begins in the vineyard.
