‘People crossing paths’: How Vermonters maintain social connectedness in unequal times

For people of color in Vermont, sometimes making connections means building each other up outside of majority-white workplaces. Belan Antensaye, a board member of the Vermont Professionals of Color Network, said she agreed with Morse’s assessment of the importance of high school connections.
