About the Job

The Youth Leadership Program Coordinator, will develop, implement and coordinate the Green Mountain Audubon Center’s youth leadership program. Specifically, they will be responsible for Audubon Vermont’s (AVT) young-adult based programs; paid internship program for undergraduates and graduate students, our campus chapter program, and our paid Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program and Jr. Conservation Technician program. In addition, they will work with partner organizations serving young adults. The Youth Leadership Program Coordinator will manage our youth leadership alumni group to serve as a professional networking and conservation career pipeline within National Audubon and beyond. The Youth Leadership Program Coordinator will work directly with an evaluation consultant to develop and implement evaluation tools for the youth leadership program.

Wage or Salary
Full time with benefits, $16.30-$19/hr
