General responsibilities: Advocate for long-term care recipients. Identify, investigate, and help resolve complaints made by, or for, individuals receiving long-term care services in long-term care facilities and in the community through Vermont’s Choices for Care Medicaid program. Starting salary is $44,200, with additional salary credit given for relevant prior work experience.

This position is based in our St. Johnsbury office. Significant in-state travel in a personal vehicle required.
