About the Job

Provide assistance and coordination of non-academic Summer Housing client operations. Assist with supporting contracted overnight conferences, camps, intern programs and events for University Event Services (UES) during the summer season. Assist with contracts and billing process for external clients scheduling summer athletic camps as well as use of spaces owned by the Athletics department throughout the academic year. Coordinate select number of annual summer programs and work in partnership to support summer client housing needs. Provide co-supervision to student conference assistants. Work closely with key campus partners to ensure a smooth experience for clients. Actively engagement in learning and practicing principles of social justice and inclusion, environmental sustainability and delivering great customer experience.

Wage or Salary
Payband for system title is $30,400 - $51,680. Our department is approved to pay between $45,000 and $50,000 depending on experience.
