Job Summary: The Grossman School of Business (GSB) is seeking a Student Success Advisor & Engagement Specialist. The person in this position will be applying outreach strategies using various platforms and social media outlets to increase GSB student engagement in high-impact practices. Develop stories showcasing student success (engagement, academic, career) for use across presentations, social media and student newsletters. Provide academic and career advising to business majors. Serve as primary liaison and staff advisor to all Grossman School of Business (GSB) student clubs. Serve as the primary reporter of relevant data to stakeholders and accreditation organizations. Collaborate with team members to participate in initiatives that support recruitment, retention, advising, and career outcomes for all business majors and minors.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing/advertising, education or other related field and two to four years’ experience in communications as well as working with students, counseling, or related experience required. Effective organizational, communication, team collaboration, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail required. Knowledge of communication strategies, content creation and social media platforms. Demonstrated multicultural competence and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment. Ability to demonstrate adaptability to change required.

Desirable Qualifications: Proficiency with Canva and online content tools desired. Background in college student personnel desirable. Experience and knowledge of student information systems and advising platforms desirable.
