As a Service Coordinator at Champlain Housing Trust, you will use your passion for people, social service skills, and knowledge of local resources to help tenants, guests, and residents obtain and retain housing. Excellent interpersonal, de-escalation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to justice, equity and inclusion are required. Consistency, patience, empathy, and professionalism are required. Knowledge of local housing and support resources is a strong plus. Education or experience in social work, counseling or a related field is strongly preferred.
