Senior Vice President of Audience & Community
VPR/VTPBS seeks a marketing and communications leader who can connect audiences with stories that bring people together. Our SVP of Audience & Community will help us understand new and existing audiences, so we can better serve them.
This leader will know how to use the tools of audience research, marketing, communications, and programming to create unique user experiences that draw in audiences and keep them engaged.
The SVP of Audience & Community has a dynamic role on the Leadership Team, giving our content creators the knowledge and tools to better serve audiences, and connecting those audiences to ways to support us.
Experience with and ability to build relationships with many diverse audiences is key to success in this position.

We offer 5+ weeks of paid time off, paid FMLA, life insurance, 401K, health, dental, and vision plans. The compensation range is $114,400-$149,000 based on experience.
