The Vermont Community Foundation is looking for a Director for the Vermont Women’s Fund with strong leadership and management skills, qualitative experience in a senior fundraising role, and a passion for elevating the dignity and liberation of all people with an understanding of systems and structures impacting gender oppression. This position will lead the VWF in strategy, development, and execution of annual and long-term development plans, cultivate programmatic partnerships and opportunities, and oversee the VWF Council comprised of a diverse group of advisors and leaders across the state. The Director of the Vermont Women’s Fund is a key member of the Philanthropy leadership team and will report to the VP for Philanthropy.

Wage or Salary
$90,000 - $105,000
