Description
This position provides customer service support, analysis of service metrics, and digital marketing coordination and execution.

Coordinate customer support for quality and/or service issues, and collaborate with cross-functional team to track, solve, and respond as appropriate
Measure and analyze key customer service metrics
Manage customer set-up processes: aggregate and enter critical customer and item details across company systems
Manage certification process and reporting in collaboration with QA, Purchasing (i.e. Fair Trade, RSPO, etc.)
Support Account Manager with sample shipments, customer communications, commission processing, and pricing notifications
Coordinate digital content management – website updates, blog posts
Act as key point of contact for external social media content consultant

Requirements
Strong attention to detail, ability to input and analyze data across multiple programs and databases
Customer service skills: patient, personable, good communication skills
A systems thinker who can synthesize information from multiple sources to form clear action steps, comfortable with decision making in ambiguity
A quick learner with a willingness to wear many hats to support Sales & Marketing functional projects
Proficient in basic MS Excel functionality, experience working in an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system a plus
Digital native and eagerness to learn and/or experience with basic digital marketing, i.e. WordPress website updates, social media content creation and planning
College Degree OR 3 years of relevant administrative experience required
