The Rental Application Specialist will perform a variety of data entry, administrative, and customer service functions to process applications for people who wish to find a home with CHT. As a member of the Property Management Compliance Team, this entry level position provides an excellent opportunity to learn about and grow with the organization.
The ideal candidate will have work experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative roles. A positive attitude, acute attention to detail, and significant level of self-motivation are a must. Affordable housing experience is a plus, but not required.
