About the Job

The Recruitment and Engagement Manager will put their impeccable people and employee relations skills, knowledge of training, benefits, and outgoing personality to work, building relationships within the community and the organization. This individual will be responsible for managing an inclusive hiring process that creates a sense of welcome and belonging, and for contributing to a high quality employee experience overall.

The ideal candidate will have expert level recruitment skills and knowledge of employee retention practices that may be demonstrated with a minimum of 5 years professional experience working in Human Resources and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. A combination of experience and education may be considered. SHRM or HRCI certification is strongly preferred. Knowledge of hiring and training best practices and a strong commitment to equity, inclusion and social justice are essential. Knowledge of wage, benefits, paid leave, payroll and performance management and prior experience administering benefits is strongly preferred.
