This position designs, develops and implements improved work processes that are aligned with federal, state, and divisional goals to deliver improved organizational performance. Responsibilities include acting as technical and analytical lead in all process improvement activities including business process re-engineering/quality methods and tools; evaluation of current state and design of future state processes to achieve goals and streamline activities. Translates regulatory requirements into recommended policies and practices and oversees implementation of new systems and practices aimed at efficiency.
