About the Job

Job Summary: The GSA Network Coordinator supports the network of Gender and Sexuality Alliances (GSAs) that work locally, regionally, and on statewide levels to effect positive change for LGBTQ+ youth. This highly collaborative position, situated within our Transforming Schools, Communities, and Systems initiatives, will connect young people and allied adults to resources, skill-building opportunities, and each other, building youth power through the support of campaigns, leadership development, and events.While our headquarters are Burlington-based, this position is focused on statewide support and connection.

Hiring Process
● Applications will be accepted until 9:00am Wednesday, December 27, 2023.
● First Round Interviews will take place January 5, 2024.
● Second Round Interviews for candidates who advance will take place January 10, 2024.
● Third round youth interview will be January 18, 2024.
● Preferred start date will be Monday January 29, 2024.
● First round interviews will be virtual. Second round interviews will be in person, as applicant location allows. Third round interview will be virtual.
