Description
- Manage the off hours coverage schedules for the North America Support Team
- Represent DI in internal and external audits from a training compliance perspective
- Own DI’s learning management system administration from a quality perspective – ensuring all training is up to date and completed on time
- Owns DI administration of the Roper OneTrust privacy platform. Works closely with internal owners and external consultants to maintain a compliant privacy program
- Partner with HR team to assign corporate training and ensure it is completed on time
- Manage Vermont office operations and facility operations in partnership with landlord as appropriate
- Coordinate employee activities in the VT office such as company events
- Maintain a clean, welcoming and presentable environment in the Vermont office, including conference rooms, kitchen and other common spaces
- Coordinate onsite events at the Vermont office including catering, room scheduling, accommodations, and supplies
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Professional interpersonal and communications skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Able to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Meet location requirements for in office presence in Colchester, Vermont
- Ability to follow DI’s policies and procedures
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration and 2 + years relevant work experience or a combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
While performing duties of this job, the employee is predominately functioning in a sedentary light office position with high frequency of keyboarding, and computer use. Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs will be required.
