Eliminate drivelines and risky battery replacement surgeries, forever: eliminate unnecessary surgeries, enable new therapies, and elevate existing treatments with the world’s smallest, fastest, patient friendly wireless chargers for implantable medical devices like neurostimulators, pumps, and pacemakers.

As Resonant Link’s on-site Office Manager, you will be responsible for creating a frictionless work experience in our Burlington headquarters, as well as our hub locations in Zurich and Boston, helping ensure that the entire team (whether working in the office or remotely) is working in safe, accessible, and functional workspaces and have access to what they need to work efficiently. On an average day, you’ll…

  • Manage the day-to-day operations in our Burlington headquarters, as well as serve as the primary workplace experience liaison for team members in other hubs (Boston & Zurich).
  • Serve as the primary contact for physical workplace needs for employees in all locations, and support overall business continuity, including facilities, maintenance, inventory, vendors, visitors, safety, security, and office operations.
  • Lead logistics and coordination of small and large scale in-person events and gatherings (ie. off-sites, on-site customer visits, ), including safety and security, travel and accommodations, inventory/supplies, and space configuration.
  • Provide administrative support to People & Business Operations departments, including maintaining updated documentation, managing state entity and compliance workflows, creating and maintaining physical inventory and IT asset databases, provisioning and managing software licenses, and supporting with basic expense management and tracking
  • Ensure new hires have access to equipment, supplies, and spaces to work productively and efficiently, in collaboration with the People team.
  • Manage the planning and execution of facility-related projects, including construction, renovation, and relocation.
  • Manage vendor and building management relationships, including contracts, service level agreements, and billing. Maintain budget and process invoices and expenses.
  • Manage, maintain, and improve office policies around security and emergency action planning; manage key cards and office security systems. Take the lead role when responding to building and facility alarms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the workplace environment is safe, secure, and equitable.


  • This is a full-time, on-site role at our Burlington, VT headquarters.
  • Prior office and facilities management experience preferred
