About the Job

If you have an eye for detail, enjoy providing excellent customer service, have impeccable organization skills and enjoy paperwork this position is created with you in mind. As part of the compliance team, the Occupancy Specialist processes the paperwork necessary to ensure that regulatory compliance is maintained for all multifamily properties in CHT’s portfolio. Fluent use of Microsoft Office, office technology and an aptitude for learning new software are required. Experience with housing programs is a plus.
