As part of the compliance team, the Occupancy Specialist processes the paperwork necessary to ensure that regulatory compliance is maintained for all multifamily properties in CHT’s portfolio. Fluent use of Microsoft Office, office technology and an aptitude for learning new software are required. Experience with housing programs is a plus.
