About the Job

As a mortgage loan officer at Champlain Housing Trust you will help people achieve and sustain the dream of home ownership.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working in banking, lending, real estate and/or federal grants. A degree or post-secondary coursework in a related field or a combination of education and experience may be considered. Must have a Vermont Mortgage Loan Originator’s license, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire is required. Preference will be given to those who currently carry a VT MLO license. A strong work ethic, positive attitude, desire to learn and grow, and a commitment to social justice are required. Reliable transportation and ability to pass a criminal background and credit check are required.

$23.50 to $27.50 hourly
