Riverstone Counseling, Spectrum’s outpatient counseling program is seeking to hire a full-time licensed mental health counselor or social worker for our outpatient mental health and substance use counseling program. Substance use licensure or certification preferred. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive mental health and substance use screening, assessment and integrated co- occurring individual, group, and family therapy for adolescents and young adults aged 12-30. This is an exempt position which pays $53,000 – $61,000 and is eligible for an excellent benefits package; including health, HRA, dental, vision, life insurance, STD, LTD, accrued vacation, unlimited health leave, and a 403(b) retirement plan.
