The Liquor Store District Coordinator will be responsible for oversight of retail agencies in an assigned area and will assist/train Agents in the operation of selling liquor products to ensure compliance with State, Federal and Department rules, and regulations in a professional manner. The incumbent will frequently visit retail stores to monitor, review, and transfer inventory stock; problem solve issues; and collaborate with stores on innovative solutions and ideas for merchandising, marketing, and sales. The Coordinator will perform audits to examine financial reports, record and validate inventory issues, and analyze sales mixes. Additionally, the Coordinator will spend a significant amount of time with merchandising in the Agencies and learning about new products brought into distribution. Significant in-state travel is required for this position and duties frequently will not conform to normal office hours.
