About the Job

A law enforcement position for the Department of Liquor and Lottery – Office of Compliance and Enforcement (OCE). DLL Investigators conduct youth access compliance, regulatory inspections, and complex criminal and regulatory investigations to determine if administrative or other disciplinary action including criminal arrest is warranted. Working with a team to cover an assigned geographical area (zone) investigators will be engaged in the enforcement, administration, and implementation of all Vermont laws, with a primary focus / responsibility for liquor and lottery laws and regulations. Work is performed under the general supervision of the DLL Sergeant.

The position is home office based, DLL is looking for candidates that reside or are willing to reside in the following counties (DLL OCE ZONE 1 or ZONE 2) :

Grand Isle / Franklin / Orleans / Essex / Caledonia / Washington / Chittenden / Lamoille or the northern section of Orange County.
