Position Summary – The Outreach Manager will work collaboratively with colleagues on outreach efforts to educate and connect people in Vermont to programs that support their food budgets, like 3SquaresVT and the Child Nutrition Programs that feed kids throughout the day. This position will gather community and stakeholder feedback to ensure our outreach is truly meeting the needs of all people impacted by hunger. Additionally, the Outreach Manager will create and strengthen strategies to reach communities who are most impacted by hunger and face barriers to accessing support, including New Americans, people living with disabilities, Veterans, migrant farm workers, families with children, Indigenous people, Black people, people of color, people who identify as LGBTQA+, and older adults.
