IT Specialist
Our goal is to make tech work for the people who create our amazing educational, news, and entertainment programs. We’re looking for someone comfortable with technology, willing to learn new things, eager to administer, support, and troubleshoot a wide variety of on-site and cloud-based systems and the people who use those systems.
The successful candidate will be someone who has the ability to:
- Work through and document processes for technical and non-technical users
- Assist with planning and execution of system upgrades and implement new systems
- Serve as a technical resource to our staff
- Analyze and solve problems in a wide array of systems
- Assist with improving the stability, integrity, and security of our systems
The ideal candidate:
1-2 years relevant experience in a technical field, experience with Windows desktop support, networking technology, and basic system administration tasks. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and follow-up skills. Experience working in a time-sensitive broadcast media environment is preferred.
