Fund Vermont’s Future (FVF) Campaign Manager

The FVF Campaign aims to change how state priorities and budgets are developed and funded by centering people at every stage of the process, shifting from a scarcity mindset, and budgeting transparently with meaningful public input. FVF is a coalition-based project of Public Assets Institute.

The Campaign Manager will oversee campaign development, implementation, and management and help with both field and legislative advocacy campaign plans, expanding the FVF coalition, building partnerships, educating policymakers and the public, and shaping the public debate. The Manager will provide administrative support to the Campaign Steering Committee.

Salary: $52,000. This is a full-time position with generous paid leave and additional reimbursement to put toward other benefits. Some evenings, weekends, and early mornings may be required. Minimum 1 year of experience as a field director or specific field outreach responsibilities on an issue campaign.

The Fund Vermont’s Future coalition has initiated and funded a BIPOC-led, BIPOC Outreach Project to learn about the concerns of BIPOC individuals and organization leaders, to assess interest in the FVF Campaign among BIPOC residents, to identify individuals who would like to participate in the campaign, and to inform the campaign design. The BIPOC Outreach Project began in August 2021 and will be completed in January 2022.
