Description:
Work with UVM bodies and external partners to implement internship program logistics. Collect and organize applications and administer payments for annual Summer Internship Scholarship program and other programs that require student applications/materials collection. Maintain program website content, write newsletter, and create basic marketing materials for the purpose of recruiting diverse student populations toward internships and experiential/work-based learning initiatives. Serve as a point of contact for student questions regarding experiential learning programs and credit-bearing options. Create and maintain online forms and approval processes for credit-bearing internships. Develop collaborative relationships with the Career Center, CELO, and other related offices to implement best practices and ensure program compliance with UVM policies and procedures. Perform finance and budget transactions and perform budget reallocations to ensure accurate use of funds. Maintain databases and tracking systems related to scholarships, internship placements, and enrollment. Coordinate career and internship-related event logistics.
