Paul Frank + Collins is hiring a full-time IT Support Specialist to provide technical support, superior customer service, and customized training sessions for 50+ users virtually and at our main office. The technician will be responsible for providing first line response to end users requiring assistance with computer systems, hardware, or software issues. This person will respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions. PF+C’s technician will support MS Windows 10, MS Office 2016 (proficiency with Word and Excel required), VOIP, Citrix/VPN, desktops, printer, monitors, keyboards, multi-factor authentications, SmartPhones (Android & iPhone) and other mobile devices, legal specific software, etc.

A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required and our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant support experience. Microsoft Certifications and experience working in a law firm is preferred, but we will consider motivated candidates without such expertise.
Our ideal candidate will be technically proficient, approachable, responsive, and able to listen carefully and ask pertinent questions to troubleshoot problems in a calm and courteous manner. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to prioritize workloads under strict deadlines is necessary.
This position is full-time, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some flexibility to handle calls on occasion after hours may be required. This position reports to the firm’s IT Manager.
