About the Job

The Hospital Operations Director position is responsible for the management and coordination of non-clinical operations at the Vermont Psychiatric Care Hospital (VPCH). This position works with all divisions of VPCH leadership to ensure and assist with operational needs. This position works in coordination with executive leadership to stabilize the facility and plan for continued operations. VPCH is the lone state-run hospital and operates a 24-hour schedule serving some of Vermont’s most vulnerable population. The Hospital Operations Director reports to the VPCH Chief Executive Officer.

Wage or Salary
$36.67 - $52.92- Relocation assistance may be available. *Starting rate may be negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
