The Vermont Department of Health is currently seeking multiple candidates for the positions of Heath Equity & Community Engagement Coordinator.

The Heath Equity & Community Engagement Coordinators are the liaison to Vermont’s populations of focus. This includes, but is not exclusive to, people who are Black, Indigenous, Persons of Color, individuals who are LGBTQIA+, people experiencing homelessness, multilingual communities, farm workers, and individuals with disabilities. These positions will be responsible for building and sustaining trusted relationships with Vermont’s communities, ensuring community voices are elevated across the department, and identifying internal and external system-level enhancements to more equitably serve Vermont’s communities.
