This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the long-term financial sustainability of CHT’s complex real estate asset portfolio, working closely with the Executive Team, Director of Property and Asset Management and others.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of real estate asset management concepts, strong financial analysis and data management skills and a keen attention to detail. Experience working with affordable housing programs including LIHTC, HUD, and USDA RD are a strong plus. A positive attitude and significant level of self-motivation are a must.
