About the Job

The Property Manager position provides an opportunity to display a wide spectrum of talents from outstanding customer service, communication, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills to a strong attention to detail, ability to create and monitor property budgets, and stay organized in a rapidly changing environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a customer service, human services, business, or related field. Knowledge of and experience in affordable housing programs, social service programs, and tenant laws and regulations is strongly preferred. A strong work ethic, positive attitude, desire to learn and grow, and a commitment to social justice are required. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
