The University of Vermont Foundation is seeking a high-performing, detail-oriented, and self-motivated professional to serve as the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO and Coordinator of Executive Operations. In support of the Foundation’s mission, this individual will provide a diverse range of coordination and administrative support to advance the objectives of the President & CEO and the Executive Operations unit (which includes professionals active in donor relations and stewardship, board and volunteer relations, communications, and events).
Specific responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): supporting the CEO’s efficient use of time; serving as a liaison between the CEO and external and internal partners; managing the CEO’s calendar; coordinating meeting and travel logistics; and performing customary clerical duties.
This position requires outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple ongoing tasks. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues, and a clear understanding of what it means to support organizational leaders to help them achieve institutional objectives.
This is a full-time position that reports to the Assistant Vice President for Executive Operations. The UVM Foundation has established a hybrid working policy that allows for some remote work; however, due to the nature of this position, regular on-site work and occasional work outside of standard business days and hours will be required. Fully remote candidates will not be considered.
