The Associate Director of Lending is an exciting new role that will lead Champlain Housing Trust’s lending activities, working in collaboration with leadership to identify opportunities to maximize community impact and long term program sustainability.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of grants management, mortgage lending, CDFI, real estate, or paralegal experience with an equivalent amount of management and supervisory experience. Knowledge of mortgage lending practices, basic real estate transactions and familiarity with federal grant compliance requirements are required. A strong work ethic, positive attitude, ability to cultivate a strong team environment, desire to learn and grow, and a commitment to social justice are required. Reliable transportation and ability to pass a criminal background check are required.
