About the Job

The Marketing Manager for the Department of Liquor and Lottery (DLL) is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing plans and advertising campaigns across multiple media including web, social media, print, radio, and television. The position plans, manages, and administers a comprehensive marketing program for the Department, including Vermont Lottery and the 802Spirits retail operations. Duties include:
Oversee editorial content for the 802Spirits magazine.
Develop and manages a large advertising budget and negotiates with advertising agencies to create media for use in promotions.
Develop and oversees the design of the consumer-facing lottery and liquor websites.
Oversee the social media presence and activities. Develops and implements promotional events at agents and other locations.
Supervise web marketing coordinator.
