Equity, People & Culture Generalist

 

The Vermont Foodbank seeks a self-motivated, energetic Equity, People & Culture Generalist. This full time position reports to the Director of Administration. The primary components of this position include being responsible for maintaining and improving many of the critical day-to-day processes of the department, including recruiting, onboarding, HRIS coordination and maintenance, benefits, absence management, and back-up reception duties. The Generalist is responsible for providing the highest level of service possible to our colleagues, volunteers, clients, and community.
