Vermont College of Fine Arts welcomes applications for an Enrollment Manager position. The Enrollment Manager is an administrative recruitment and marketing position reporting to the Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management.
The Enrollment Manager is responsible for participating in student recruitment efforts and marketing coordination. The EM exhibits superior customer service and sales skills, and professionalism throughout daily interactions and communications with prospective students, staff, faculty, alumnx, and external constituents. The EM is a key contributor to VCFA’s broad enrollment management initiatives and must demonstrate an ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the college’s admissions, marketing, academic, and institutional advancement teams.
Successful candidates will have strong written and verbal communication abilities and a capacity for self-starting and working independently; strong technology orientation; experience with CRM/database systems and digital communication design; strong project management and organizational skills, with the capacity to meet frequent deadlines; demonstrated aptitude for exceptional customer service and sales work; an appreciation for, interest in, and curiosity about the arts and arts education; Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in higher education, admissions, or sales.
VCFA Administrative offices are in Montpelier, VT. This position can be performed in-person, hybrid, or remotely. Some travel to residencies is required.
