As a division of DCF that makes the medical determinations for Social Security disability, Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and state Medicaid disability benefits, DDS maintains one of the highest accuracy rates and faster case processing times in the nation. As the DDS Provider Relations Specialist, you’ll develop relationships with the medical community and recruit these providers to provide quality independent exams for Vermonter disability applicants. Additionally, you will work with medical providers to provide timely responses to medical record requests for our disability applicants. Your success will expand the DDS’s network of providers and aid in our mission of providing accurate and timely decisions to our state’s most vulnerable population.
