The Director of Custom Corporate Learning Solutions is responsible for building and growing Champlain College Online’s partnerships with corporations seeking to advance and strengthen their employees through professional development opportunities. This role is responsible for cultivating external relationships with the goal of conducting individualized needs analysis to evaluate training and development opportunities. Through the creation of non-matriculated curriculum design, this position will work on co-creating innovative and high-impact learning solutions for partners.
Primary Responsibilities:
Partner with organizations to determine the learning needs of teams and individuals to identify appropriate learning and performance improvement solutions that address those needs by assessing and collaboratively developing the appropriate learning solutions.
Responsible for staffing, managing and coaching internal stakeholders to deliver innovative and impactful business learning solutions.
Benchmark world-class professional development programs, both within and outside higher ed to ensure we achieve high-quality programming and service.
Provide project management support and oversight for the implementation of partner training and development needs.
Work collaboratively with the Academic Team, Registrar, Information Systems and others to accomplish high-quality delivery of customer needs..
Work in collaboration with the Champlain College Online marketing team to ensure appropriate marketing collateral is available and up to date.
Manage and update Salesforce CRM, including reporting and task follow-up.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Assertive and demonstrated skills in handling difficult conversations, managing stakeholders and translating ambiguous ideas into action.
Requirements:
Experience in business-to-business and business-to-consumer sales, marketing, and customer service.
Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM systems, MS Office and Google.
Proficient in project management skills.
Proven interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Overall strong administrative support skills.
Higher education experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to travel as needed.
