Direct Support Professional Coordinator-Micro-Residential:
Developmental Services provides community, work and residential support to individuals receiving a wide array of services. The Coordinator’s role is to ensure that direct staff are receiving clinical supervision from Program Managers while coordinators manage administrative supervision.
- Provide supervision to direct staff
- Work closely with Program Managers and other client service providers
- Ensure staff documentation and trainings are in compliance, and of high quality
- Think creatively about a growing and dynamic program implementation
- Efficiently and productively hire top-quality staff
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with clients who receive mental health or developmental services
- Supervisory experience
- Willingness to learn and become proficient with our internal software
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history
- Full time (40 hours)
- Starting at $22.15 an hour
- We offer a competitive salary commensurate to experience
- Generous time off starting at 36 days of combined time off per year for full-time employees (and increasing with years of service); pro-rated for positions 16 hours or more
