This position manages and oversees service and operational activities in the American Job Centers and Network located in the Southeast Region of the state. We seek an experienced and talented leader to manage and support staff, organize resources, develop and support community partners, and help ensure that the region is successful in meeting program and performance outcomes.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced manager, masterful communicator, analytical thinker, creative problem-solver, detailed organizer, and inspirational leader. Experience in talent management, stakeholder engagement, community development, and performance assessment is highly regarded.
