About the Job

Spectrum Youth & Family Services is seeking a Chief Clinical Officer to join our team. The Clinical officer plans, directs, organizes, and manages overall programmatic activities in several Spectrum programs.

The Clinical Officer reports directly to the Executive Director and is a member of the agency executive management team. This is a full time exempt position with an annual salary of $103,000 – $118,000.00 and is eligible for an excellent benefits package.

Master’s Degree in counseling or related clinical field is required. Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor or equivalent is required and licensure as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor is preferred in addition. Must have a minimum of three years’ experience as a clinical and/or program supervisor.

Minimum of four years’ experience working specifically with adolescents and young adults and families. Must have extensive knowledge of adolescent/young adult development, as well as issues facing Spectrum’s client population: homelessness, running away, pregnancy, trauma, complex co-occurring disorders, developmental issues, learning disabilities, criminality, resiliency, etc.
