The Cannabis Control Board is seeking Compliance Agents to join our team in regulating cannabis in Vermont’s burgeoning legal market. Qualified applicants will have advanced working knowledge with enforcement processes, excellent attention to detail and an ability to communicate technical information to the public.
Class Definition
Conducts complex compliance investigations, takes complaints, plans and conducts investigations of alleged violations of Vermont cannabis statutes and rules to determine if administrative or disciplinary action is warranted. This position performs investigations of cannabis establishment applicants and businesses and enforces the cannabis statutes and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
Three (3) years or more experience in compliance and enforcement, inspections, field operations, or a related field.
