Burlington, Vermont based Paul Frank + Collins seeks an attorney to fill an integral role in a busy and wide-ranging litigation practice. The ideal candidate has excellent academic credentials and one to five years of litigation experience including some courtroom and deposition experience. Exemplary applicants without such experience will be considered, including applicants completing judicial clerkships and recent law school graduates with strong references.
The candidate must have a strong and demonstrated ability to complete research assignments when working under deadlines and to express legal concepts clearly. The candidate should also enjoy interacting verbally and in writing with clients, client representatives, and opposing counsel. The candidate should be ready to manage discovery and other aspects of litigation as part of a team. The candidate must be admitted or eligible for admission to the Vermont Bar and open to becoming licensed in the states of Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, or New York.
