About the Job

Coordinate and manage activities related to the process of recruitment, identification, and cultivation of students for a portfolio of nationally competitive fellowships and scholarships. Participate on the Honors College Committee on Equity and Inclusion (CEI). Focus recruitment, engagement and support on developing historically underrepresented populations (BIPOC, first-generation college, low-income, DACA, Undocumented, queer students, students with disabilities, and students holding additional marginalized identities) for nationally competitive fellowship/scholarship opportunities, explicitly focused on providing opportunities for personal/professional development by increasing diversity in various professional and academic sectors. Develop and coordinate internal student leadership initiatives and opportunities. Serve as a point of contact between UVM and national foundations. Develop, design, and/or compose internal and external communications in support of Honors College/FOUR mission and vision as related to fellowships opportunities. Promote fellowship opportunities for all undergraduate students and the University community.
