About the Job

Perform advising and enrollment management functions that contribute to student success, satisfaction, and retention in the Patrick Leahy Honors College (PLHC). Coordinate and provide leadership in expanding recruitment and retention of diverse students, social justice engagement, student mentoring, and activities for PLHC. Support university and college inclusive excellence initiatives. Create, promote, and present learning enhancement services and programming dedicated to the enrichment of PLHC students; provide focused attention to the needs and goals of students of color, low income, first generation, LGBTQ+, disabled, and other underrepresented populations. Coordinate and support PLHC activities for UVM Orientation. Supervise student employees.
