About the Job

Impeccable organizational, attention to detail, empathy, collaboration, administrative and customer service skills are required in this important role that is responsible for ensuring applicants and tenants meet all regulatory requirements for occupancy in multifamily properties. Knowledge of and experience in housing programs is helpful but not required. Experience working in an office setting is strongly preferred, ability to use MS Office and technology are required.
