About the Job

Join a collaborative and cohesive team in the Commissioner’s office as an Administrative Services Coordinator II for the Department of Vermont Health Access (DVHA). We are currently seeking a strong administrative professional who enjoys working on a variety of tasks and supporting staff across a large organization.

Responsibilities include:
– Onboarding/Offboarding staff
– Maintaining key documents for the department such as organizational charts, floor plans and equipment tracking spreadsheets
– Processing mail
– Answering main phone line and transferring calls to appropriate contacts
– Technology support (fax lines, phones, software, applications, computer equipment set-up etc.)
– Entering help-desk tickets and user account requests

Candidates should be competent in the following areas:
– Excellent communication skills utilizing diverse modes of communication that convey clear and concise understanding to various audiences
– Ability to hold self and others accountable to meet commitments and shared goals
– Strong customer focus through building relationships and providing customer-centric solutions
– Subject matter expert in MS office, particularly Teams, OneDrive, Excel and SharePoint
– Strong attention to detail

Wage or Salary
Pay Grade 22, Step 1 = $24.02 per hour.
