Event Details

Welcome to VT PoC’s BIPOC Workforce Development Listening Sessions!

The Vermont Professionals of Color Network (VT PoC) is hosting listening sessions within West and Central Vermont to better understand the challenges and resource gaps for BIPOC workforce development. This session’s affinity space focuses on the BIPOC Workforce in Rutland County.

Pick One of Two Sessions!

First Session from 11:30-1:00pm: This session is specifically for BIPOC women identifying people, as well as non-binary people who are comfortable in a space that centers the experience of women in Rutland County.

Second Session from 4:30-6:00pm: This session is open to all BIPOC small business owners in Rutland County.

These listening sessions are sponsored by West Central Vermont CEDS. These sessions also support the Community Navigator Pilot Program (CNPP). Through VT PoC’s role as an outreach “spoke”, we are encourage BIPOC small business owners to take the CNPP Small Business Survey to help identify similar gaps. VT PoC will monetarily compensate for your time.

Visit VT PoC’s website to learn more about our project and view all small business listening sessions. Are you a small business owner in Rutland? Register for one of our two listening sessions today!
